Making changes was never easy, however I have decided to stop taking all the flower bookings and do something different, yet more exciting full time.
It all started when I was fascinated and astonished by people could turn cakes into a work of art. The way they could design and create an idea on a blank canvas, in this case, a cake into something that is so out of the world. I was so excited about this that I went across the world to be certified through the best teachers in floral cake decoration.
Coming from a background of arts and designs, I was able to develop and master my sugar flower skills in a short period of time. And merging that with my experiences from the wedding business. I am able to continue with what I love the most ; (sugar) flowers arrangement!
Having stepped in the world of sugar art, turning a cake into my canvas and creating something magical with different techniques. I just could not stop my desire to learn and explore new things. It’s like a whole new world opened up for me.
I know there's still a lot to explore and to be discovered in cake decorating. I'm always excited be the one exploring as it challenges myself to be more creative. With my passion towards sugar art, I believe that it is more than just designs, it's a form of art; one where you turn simple ingredients into beautiful masterpieces, each with its own story to tell the world.
Keep an eye out on us for exciting things to come!
Hi, my name is Annie. As a Fine Arts graduate, I’ve been involved in the fashion, marketing and wedding business. However, I’ve found my real passion in the cake business.
Many things happened in 2019 leading to changes and decisions made in my life. For the past 2 years, Annie’s Little Valley Floral has always been a side business for me. It was such a pleasure to be part of many weddings and to help so many Brides and Grooms, as well as to witness the happy and touching moments.
