Day 1

·  Step by steps instruction for creating Annie's gumpaste

·   How to use gel colours to tone your gumpaste

·    Creating your own colour palette for your sugar flowers

·    Step by step instruction on creating life like sugar flowers

Sugar Roses

Spray Roses

Rose Leafs

Small Berries

Jasmine Flower

Day 2

​

·   Continuing with the flowers making if not finished on day 1

·   Dusting techniques to achieve realistic shades

·   Arrangement of flowers, foliages, small berries

·   Learn how to use and colour fondant to cover your cake 

·   Decorate your own cake

·   Photo taking time! (Each student will get a good photo of their work after the course)
