Studio Policies & Terms of Enrolment

Welcome to Pathway Art & Design Centre. We are committed to providing a positive, creative and supportive learning environment for every student. The following policies help ensure our classes run smoothly and fairly for all families.
By enrolling in our classes, parents, guardians and adult students acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms.

我们致力于为每位学生提供一个积极、富有创意且充满支持的学习环境。为了确保课程能够顺利进行,并为所有学生及家庭提供公平、一致的学习体验,特制定以下工作室政策。
凡报名参加本工作室课程,即表示家长、监护人或成年学生已阅读、理解并同意遵守以下条款。
1. Enrolment
A student's place is confirmed once the enrolment process has been completed and the applicable fees have been paid, or a payment arrangement has been agreed with the studio. 学生完成报名手续,并缴清学费或已与工作室达成付款安排后,报名名额方正式确认。
Enrolment continues from term to term unless written notice of withdrawal is provided before the next term begins. 除非家长于下一学期开课前以书面方式通知退课,否则报名将自动保留至下一学期。
Class places are limited and reserved for enrolled students only. 每班名额有限,仅保留给已完成报名的学生。
2. Class Fees & Payment
Tuition fees are charged per school term. 学费以每学期(School Term)为单位收取。
Payment is kindly requested before the student's first class of each new term. 请于新学期第一堂课开始前完成缴费。
If additional time is required, please contact the studio before the due date to discuss a payment arrangement. 如需延后付款,请务必于缴费截止日前主动与工作室联系,协商付款安排。
A student's place is reserved once payment has been received or an agreed payment arrangement has been made. 学费缴清或双方确认付款安排后,学生名额方会正式保留。
Students joining part-way through a term will be charged on a pro-rata basis. 学期中途加入课程的学生,将按剩余课程比例(Pro-rata)计算学费。
3. Late Payments
If payment has not been received by the due date, a friendly reminder will be sent. 若学费于截止日前尚未收到,我们将发送付款提醒。
If fees remain outstanding and we have not heard from you, the studio reserves the right to place the student's enrolment on hold until payment has been received. 如在提醒后仍未收到学费,且未与工作室取得联系,工作室有权暂停学生课程资格,直至学费缴清为止。
Families experiencing temporary financial hardship are encouraged to contact us as early as possible. 如家庭因特殊原因暂时遇到经济困难,请尽早与工作室联系,我们愿意共同讨论适合的付款安排。
4. Refunds
Tuition fees are generally non-refundable once the school term has commenced. 学期开始后,已缴交之学费原则上不予退还。
Refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including serious illness or injury, at the studio's discretion. 如遇严重疾病、受伤或其他特殊情况,工作室可视个案酌情考虑退款或保留学费(Credit)。
Refunds will not normally be provided for change of mind, family holidays, missed classes or other extracurricular commitments. 以下情况一般不提供退款或补偿:改变主意,家庭旅游,学生缺课,参加其他课外活动等个人因素。
5. Missed Classes
Please notify the studio before class if your child is unable to attend. 若学生无法出席课程,请于上课前通知工作室。
One make-up class per term may be offered, subject to availability. 每位学生每学期可申请一次补课机会(视名额情况安排)。
Make-up classes cannot be guaranteed, refunded, credited or rescheduled if missed. 补课机会无法保证,如无法安排,恕不退款、折抵或再次补课。
No make-up classes are available for planned absences, holidays or forgotten lessons. 因旅游、计划性请假或忘记上课等情况,不提供补课。
6. Public Holidays & Studio Closures
Classes do not operate on New Zealand public holidays unless otherwise advised. 新西兰法定公共假期(Public Holidays)一般不上课,除非工作室另行通知。
If the studio cancels a class, a replacement class, credit or alternative arrangement will be provided where possible. 若因工作室因素取消课程,我们将尽可能安排补课、学费抵扣或其他适当安排。
7. Withdrawal from Classes
Please notify the studio before the next term begins if your child will not be continuing. 如学生下学期不再继续上课,请于下一学期开课前通知工作室。
Non-attendance does not automatically cancel enrolment. 学生未出席课程,并不代表自动退课,学位仍将继续保留,并照常计算学费。
8. Student Behaviour
Students are expected to respect teachers, classmates, studio property, and follow the teacher's instructions. 学生应尊重老师、同学及工作室设施,并遵守课堂规则及教师指导。
The studio may suspend or discontinue enrolment where behaviour repeatedly disrupts learning or compromises safety. 若学生持续出现影响课堂秩序或危及他人安全之行为,工作室有权暂停或终止其课程资格。
9. Arrival & Collection
Parents or caregivers are responsible for ensuring children arrive and are collected on time. 家长或监护人须负责学生准时到达及离开工作室。
Supervision is provided during scheduled class times only. 工作室仅于课程时间内提供学生照顾与监督,不负责课前及课后看管。
10. Health & Safety
Please advise the studio of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, learning support needs or emergency contact changes. 如学生有任何医疗状况、过敏、学习支持需求,或紧急联络资料有所变更,请及时通知工作室。
11. Personal Belongings
The studio cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings. 工作室不对任何遗失、被盗或损坏的个人物品承担责任,请妥善保管贵重物品。
12. Student Artwork
Please collect artwork by the end of each term unless otherwise arranged. 请于每学期结束前领取学生作品,除非已与工作室另作安排。
Due to limited storage space, uncollected artwork may be recycled or disposed of after a reasonable period. 因储存空间有限,逾期未领取之作品,经合理保留期限后,工作室有权进行回收或处理。
13. Photography & Promotional Material
The studio may photograph classes and artwork for educational or promotional purposes. 工作室可能会拍摄课堂活动、学生作品及教学过程,并用于教育或宣传用途(包括网站、社交媒体及宣传资料)。
Please notify us in writing if you do not wish your child or their artwork to appear. 如您不同意您的孩子或其作品被拍摄或公开展示,请以书面方式通知工作室。
14. Communication
Important updates may be sent via Email, SMS, WeChat or studio communication groups. Please keep your contact details up to date. 工作室的重要通知将透过电子邮件(Email)、短信(SMS)、微信(WeChat)或工作室通讯群组发送。请确保您的联络资料保持最新,以便及时接收相关通知。
15. Studio Discretion
The studio reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions where appropriate and to refuse or discontinue enrolment where these policies are repeatedly disregarded or where continued enrolment is not in the best interests of the studio community. 在适当情况下,工作室保留合理酌情处理个别特殊情况的权利。若家长或学生持续违反本政策,或其行为已不符合工作室整体利益及学习环境,工作室保留拒绝报名、暂停或终止课程资格的权利。
16. Changes to These Policies
These policies may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled families. 工作室有权因营运需要不定期修订本政策。如有重大调整,我们将提前通知所有已报名家庭。
17. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling at Pathway Art & Design Centre, parents, guardians and adult students acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Studio Policies & Terms of Enrolment.报名 Pathway Art & Design Centre 即表示家长、监护人或成年学生已阅读、理解并同意遵守本《工作室政策与报名条款》之所有内容。
